I still have confidentiality regarding things like what was said in executive session. That said, I was present in the Resolutions and ByLaws committee meeting and can confirm Willes’ account.

Not feeling too sympathetic to Willis. Maybe I’m not informed enough but I see him as part of the problem. Maybe that will change with his ouster.
